There are a few rules to follow. Please read everything carefully and eMail me if there are any questions..

Everything can be digitized.. BUT I prefer cartoonish clipart as shown in my samples or on my site Embroidery-Outlet.com

If you send me a picture of artwork or a logo to be digitized, I will assume you either own the copyright to it or have received written permission from the copyright owner to have it digitized for machine embroidery. I can open almost any format, do not worry about that. Please make sure that the Artwork (if you have not bought it from a special Graphic Artist) is big enough so that I can work on the details.. Please also let me know how big do you want the finished design to be.  What kind of fabric will it go on?  What machine format do you need?  And any other specifics that you feel I need to know. 

Orders can be placed by people who need a design for private use. You can also take advantage of my service if you want to sell your own Designs.. You only have to provide me with the Clipart, I will be doing the rest.. If you want to resell the designs, I will not ask for a link to my site. You are allowed to sell the designs as your work. The copyright remains with me though.

Payments have to be made with Paypal. I do not accept any other payment form because I am from Germany and this is the easiest way for me to receive payments from foreign Customers.

Once the design is digitized, I will send you via email a 3D simulation of the design to approve.  It is at this time that you will need to catch anything about the design that does not look like what you had in mind. Changes can always be made.  However, if it is something that is different from what was originally requested (and priced), there may be an additional charge for the change.  In any case, the time to catch that is when you are sent the 3D to approve. 

Unless otherwise requested, I will send you your design attached to an email message.
